ACUERDO RELATIVO A INSTRUMENTOS FINANCIEROS DE OFERTA PÚBLICA ADOPTADO POR LA COMISIÓN CLASIFICADORA DE RIESGO
Vistos: Lo dispuesto en el Título XI del Decreto Ley Nº 3.500, de 1980; en el Acuerdo Nº 32 y modificaciones de los Procedimientos de Aprobación de Instrumentos Extranjeros Representativos de Capital, publicado en el Diario Oficial el 8 de enero de 2009.

B. MANTENER ACUERDO VIGENTE SOBRE INSTRUMENTOS DE OFERTA PÚBLICA
En lo no modificado por la letra A anterior, la Comisión mantuvo el Acuerdo vigente relativo a instrumentos financieros de oferta pública adoptado en su 338ª reunión ordinaria, celebrada el 29 de noviembre de 2010 y publicadas en el Diario Oficial el 1º de diciembre de 2010.
El presente acuerdo deberá ser considerado para el efecto de determinar la diversificación de las inversiones que se realicen con los recursos de los Fondos de Pensiones, según el D.L. Nº 3.500 de 1980.
